Soft Washing
Soft washing - our most common service - utilizes a blend of clean water, Sodium Hypochlorite, and a surfactant to clean your vinyl siding. We wet down or cover any surrounding vegetation to ensure that your plants won’t be harmed during our service. We then apply the mixture to your property, and allow for the mix to do its job, and then rinse it away to reveal the fresh siding that any dirt or grime may have been hiding. Unlike pressure washing, this process protects your vinyl, keeps water from intruding underneath, and won’t harm the siding.
Roof Washing
Roof washing works similarly to how soft washing works, however our process for roof washing is modified. We have to increase the amount of Sodium Hypochlorite and surfactant that we apply, which will be more effective in removing gloeocapsa magma (dark patches and streaking) as well as aiding in the removal of excess moss growth. This process is reserved specifically for asphalt shingles and tile roofing.
Surface Cleaning
Surface cleaning is a process that unlike soft washing or roof washing, high pressure is applied using either a surface cleaner or high pressure wand to wash away staining and grime. Additional additives may be used in a pre- or post-treatment to aid in the cleaning of the surface, however the magic happens through the use of high pressure.
Wood Restoration
When you have a wooden deck, cedar clapboard, cedar shingle, or log home that you need refreshed, we have just the process that can help bring your wood back to its original glory. Through a 2-step cleaning process, we remove the dark tannins and organic growth that have faded the original hue of the wood, and then brighten it so that all of the true color will show as it was once intended. We recommend that if you plan to stain or seal in the future that you allow at least two weeks after treatment before you apply anything to the wood, however speak with your stain and seal supplier to make sure your surface is dry enough for application.
